Our children have had a wonderful experience at The Brace Place! From traditional Invisalign cases, to cleft palate ortho treatment, to palatal expanders…we have experienced a lot. The staff is kind and courteous. My children have all felt comfortable during their care. We are happy to have them as our orthodontist team!

The Brace Place is the BEST!! Such a fun and inviting atmosphere and everyone that works there is amazing. My daughter's teeth look amazing and her smile is now simply gorgeous. Thanks for creating a smile that my daughter can feel confident in!! Highly recommend!!!

I got my braces on today! I was so excited! It was a wonderful experience. The ladies in the front are so nice and welcoming! The financial lady explained everything and answered all my questions she was so nice to deal with! The super nice assistants in the back did a wonderful job at making me feel comfortable and they were so helpful! Dr Crouse you did so great I didn’t feel a thing and I must say you have an amazing team I can’t thank you enough for making my experience a 10 out of 10!! I look forward to my adventure with you:)

Amazing atmosphere with great employees, I never have to wait long to be seen. One small incident with one of my brackets and was able to come right back and be squeezed in immediately.

The Brace Place is one of the only medical establishments that will definitely refer other potential patients. Ever visit I am met with polite and friendly team members who are willing to help with any need.
I have been coming to this office since mynow21 year old daughter was 12 years old and everyone is still helpful and friendly.

This place deserves more than five stars! When we had a terrible experience with Porter Dental and Orthodontics, The Brace Place took over our care immediately and turned that experience around into a luxury visit! The consultation was free, which we appreciate after already paying for braces at the last place we went to. They got my daughter an appointment immediately and we learned so many things that we did not know about being a braces patient! Dr. Cruise and his staff have such wonderful personalities and it is such a pleasant inviting environment to walk into. They replaced my child’s brackets the same day and we left our appointment with a SMILE! They have taken my child’s continued care for her braces, and we are so excited about the rewards program and incentives they have benefiting our community and oral care and fun! The patient can earn multiple gift cards to several places using the points system. p.s. the turtle family in the office and the beauty of the building is a plus! One hundred percent recommend THE BRACE PLACE! Thank you for saving us from added pain and unprofessionalism from the last place we went to! We look forward to our next visit!
